Need to remove staples? You need a tack lifter. Use it by holding it vertically against the edge of the staple and gently manipulating it underneath the staple to loosen it. Once it is loosened you can remove the staple using a pair of pincers.

The C.S. Osborne Foam Cutter is used in conjunction with an electric drill and its main application is for cutting out the foam in readiness for deep buttoning. This is the tool we use in our workshop for this task. This cutter can also be used to cut upholstery fabric in readiness for use with a button covering machine and will cut through up to 30 layers of fabric at a time.
